2Account Creation & Security
Each user may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
What You Need to Provide at Registration
- Full legal name and date of birth.
- An active mobile number (bKash/Nagad-linked numbers preferred).
- A valid email address.
Identity Verification
11500 may request identity verification documents at any time — before your first withdrawal or for security reasons. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Transactions may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed.
Password & Security

৩Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using 11500:
- Fraudulent activity, or the use of bots or automated software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform or gain unauthorised access to its systems.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
Betting & Gaming Rules
Each game and betting section has its own rules, detailed on the relevant page. 11500 accepts no liability for the outcome of any betting decisions. All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed. For bets affected by errors or technical issues, 11500 reserves the right to make a final decision at its sole discretion.
Bonuses & Promotions
Separate terms apply to bonuses and promotional offers. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them through multiple accounts may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonuses.

Deposit

Account Suspension or Closure
11500 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Evidence of Terms & Conditions violations or fraudulent behaviour.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
- Instructions from law enforcement authorities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 11500 platform — including logos, designs, game content, and text — is the intellectual property of 11500. No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without prior permission.
